Dear Students;
First of all I appreciate you for choosing Iğdır University Vocational High School of Health Services, rising value of the east. Our school which started education with the aim of educating medical technicians in accordance with our country’s needs is an educational institution that has been in service since 2008 and admitted its first students in 2009. Iğdır University Vocational High School of Health Services started its education in 2009-2010 education period with Medical laboratory techniques and Medical Documentation and secretary programs and 60 students, and today continues its education with 14 programs.
It’s known that in our country public and private sector are in need of qualified personnel in health sector. To provide employment and decrease unemployment rates, this labor force must be educated well qualified. Vocational Schools are the most important ones among the institutions to achieve this goal.
We are proud and excited while starting to education period. Our experienced academic and administrative staff will give our students a qualified education with our new school building, high technology classrooms, laboratories, workshops, conference hall, amphi and its physical facilities. Our aim is to train well qualified personnel that medical sector need, support the students who are going to get a job after graduation, to maintain maximum support to the social activities for students during the education period, to give support to solve the students’ physcological and social problems and create a sincere family environment.
In our world which is getting smaller day by day and in which the distances are getting less important, as being the technical staff who has the responsibility to increase the development momentum of our country , it is very important for you to be in the aim of benefiting from the experiences and knowledge of our qualified academic staff. Also, in your future duties your loyalty to occupational ethics and moral principles will be the key factor for your success.
With these feelings and thoughts, I wish a successful school year to those who join us in 2017-2018 education period.
