History:

With the letter of the Council of Higher Education dated 20.10.2017 and numbered 75850160-101.03.01-E.70396, the Optician Program under the Department of Medical Services and Techniques was opened. The offer of student admission to the Opticianry Program was approved by YÖK in 2018, and education started with 40 students in the 2018-2019 academic year. In addition, the Opticianry (EE) Program was opened in 2019 and started its education.
